I hope you’re having a great summer! This month I’m excited to share with you four of my holy grail tips and tricks I’ve been doing to keep my skin and hair in top condition through the hot days (and getting ready for the seasons change which is fast approaching!).

Holy Grail Summer Tips
Face – Avoid complexion makeup products: sweating your foundation off? With so many modern formulas you can get factor 30 or 50 face products that are tinted, so try using this as your base and focus on enhancing on eyes, brows and lips which are less likely to budge!
Skin – exfoliate to keep the face and skin in better condition: it also detoxifies and if you are tanning it brings your tan to the surface quicker. So after a holiday exfoliate more to reveal the strength of your colour underneath the skin
Hair – use a hat to protect hair not just your face: Especially if you colour it you may be prone to scorched ends and dryness – you can also try using your intensive hair mask at every hair wash, not just occasionally
Nails – the perfect time to up your use of nail strengtheners: if you are prone to weaker nails in the colder months – sorry to mention winter! – this is a great time to start preventative measures by upping your use of nail strengtheners and oils, because the combination with vitamin D from the sun gives them a great boost
