I recently presented the CEW awards and wanted to share with you a little bit of insight as to why, when there are already so many different awards in the industry, this is one of the most prestigious and is known as the ‘Beauty Oscars’. The awards are voted for by fellow peers within the beauty industry, from beauty brand owners, trainers, make-up artists, formulators and PR teams to beauty retailers and their management teams – all of these various parts of the industry are members of CEW – the Cosmetic Executive Women (however, it is of course open to all genders). So if any of you are working in the cosmetic industry, or wish to, then I would definitely recommend becoming a CEW member.

Whenever I wear Molton Brown, not only do I love it but others comment. A sure sign of a great fragrance.
