The July Hot List

I wanted to share some exciting new launches that are causing a stir in the beauty industry along with a few of my trusted must-own recommendations.

I have had some recent questions about skin concerns in the family. Pay attention to any factors that may trigger or worsen allergies at home. These triggers can be different for each person and may include certain foods, allergens, detergents, fabrics, or environmental factors. Identifying and avoiding these triggers can help minimize flare-ups.

It is often what you wash your skin, hair and clothes in that is the first point of call for all ages for sensitive skin issues. Looking to your much-used product ingredients is key in managing sensitive skin issues and I always recommend for good skin that you buy brands with  natural ingredients and I have included several below.

Stress can exacerbate certain skin conditions too including acne or eczema. Make time to engage in stress-reducing activities together – exercise, meditation, and shared hobbies all help in promoting a calm and supportive environment at home.

I talk a lot more about this in my book and you will find tutorials on my website about eczema and psoriasis too.
